How is the CBD distillate made?

Distillation is a thermal separation process used to obtain certain liquids. The advantage is that no other substances such as adsorbents or solvents are used, so that a pure end product is created. For the CBD distillate, this means that the beneficial cannabinoids and terpenes are separated from the useless ones and THC. In addition, the distillates are winterized and decarboxylated. Winterized means that the oil is cooled down to 5 to 8 °C so that the precipitated fraction is filtered off. If the CBD distillates are stored cool, the high-melting triglycerides and waxes can no longer flake. Winterizing also aims to ensure that the CBD distillate is as clean as possible. Decarboxylated means the removal of a carbon dioxide molecule from a molecule by means of a chemical reaction. This is done to activate the cannabinoids and prevent the product from being attacked by pathogens.

Our products

As a CBD distillate, we offer two different products that you can get from us as private label and white label products or bulk goods. First we have the CandroDistillate Plus. This CBD distillate contains a wide range of valuable cannabinoids. There are 80 – 90% pure, valuable cannabinoids, such as. B. CBD, CBG, CBN and terpenes contained in this product. We also offer CandroCrystallise-Free. This is a non-crystallizing CBD distillate and, like CandroDistillate Plus, is made up of various cannabinoids and terpenes. It comprises around 45-65% CBD and at least 2.5% CBG. The oil does not crystallize and also maintains its viscosity while maintaining the highest possible purity. This means we haven’t diluted it and there are no additives, artificial flavors or fillers added.
